Seien Sie aber nicht verzweifelt\u2014die korrekte Ausdrucksweise ist (in diesem Fall endlich einmal) in der Umsetzung \u00fcberhaupt nicht kompliziert: Man lasse in der Feststellung nur das „in the“ weg und das Problem ist bereits behoben. Also dann:<\/p>\n „The Rhine is near<\/strong> my house.“ \u00a0 \u00a0 \u2014jawoll!<\/p>\n In der Fragestellung funktioniert es in vielen F\u00e4llen genauso:<\/p>\n „Is there a good place to take a long walk near<\/strong> your house?“<\/p>\n Aber in F\u00e4llen in denen keine Ortsangabe dem Wort \u201enear\u201c folgt, f\u00fcgt man ein klitzekleines \u201eby\u201c hinzu:<\/p>\n „Is there a restaurant nearby<\/strong>?“ \u00a0 \u2014gut so!<\/p>\n Und immer weiter so!
