Falsch! Falsch! Falsch!<\/p>\n

In diesem Kontext ist „Nice to see<\/strong> you!“ n\u00e4mlich korrekt.<\/p>\n

„Nice to meet<\/strong> you“ passt hervorragend, wenn man eine Person zum ersten Mal begegnet. Man stellt sich eben vor und sagt direkt: „Nice to meet<\/strong> you.“ \/ „Nice to meet<\/strong> you, too.“<\/p>\n

Begegnet man aber diese Person ein zweites Mal, hei\u00dft es doch „Nice to see<\/strong> you.“<\/p>\n

Warum so viele das durcheinander bringen bleibt mir ein R\u00e4tsel. Im Deutschen sagen wir doch auch „Sch\u00f6n, Dich zu sehen<\/span>.“ Oder will man sagen in etwa „Sch\u00f6n, dass wir uns treffen<\/span>.“? Im Englischen klingt das ganz komisch.<\/p>\n

Aber aufgepasst: Wer sich nach einem Treffen aber verabschieden m\u00f6chte, kann sehr wohl sagen: „Nice meeting<\/strong> you.“ Genauso gut in diesem Kontext passt „Nice seeing<\/strong> you.“ Ausschlaggebend daf\u00fcr ist nur, dass man das eben Gespr\u00e4ch beendet. Am Anfang des Treffens als Begr\u00fc\u00dfung passt es nicht.<\/p>\n
